Ariella (she/her) is a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, working under the supervision of Meredith Mauzé, LMFT.  She earned her B.S. in Human Services at Upper Iowa University, and her MSW in Social Work and Mental/ Behavioral Health at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. 

Ariella has clinical training skills in various diverse settings including clinic-based settings, group homes, and health/education centers in numerous countries around the world. She works with people of all ages including children, young adults, and seniors. Ariella has knowledge of working with clients who have suffered from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, PTSD, challenging life transitions, financial difficulties, and trauma. Other backgrounds Ariella has worked with include neurodiversity, ADHD, LGBTIQA+, and polyamory. 

As a therapist, Ariella creates a safe, judgmental free environment for her clients to excel. She believes in guiding her clients in therapeutic modalities integrated from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and holistic approaches. Cultural sensitivity, spirituality, compassion, empathy, and motivation are part of Ariella’s beliefs in a healthy mindset and self-care. Ariella strives to bring joy and light to her surroundings, inside and outside of therapeutic settings. Kindness and sensitivity are strong principles she brings to her practice. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling across the globe, volunteering abroad, going outdoors, and surrounding herself with friends, animals, and nature. She also enjoys cooking homemade, plant-based recipes and sharing with others.
