Fee Schedule

This is the fee schedule for all services provided by the practice. Amounts listed below are the full amounts for self-pay clients or services that are not reimbursed by insurance. A sliding scale is available for all Therapy Services, all other fees are set rates.

Therapy Services

• Matthew Seitman, PsyD Intake/Therapy Session: $225.00

• Meredith Mauzé, LMFT Intake/Therapy Session: $215.00

• Becca Lantry, AMFT Intake/Therapy Session: $180.00

Psychodiagnostic Assessments*

• ADHD/Autism Adult Assessment Battery: $750.00

• ADHD/Autism Child Assessment Battery: $850.00 

• Full/Custom Psychodiagnostic Battery:

  • • Assessment Evaluation: $100.00/hr

    • Assessment Administration: $250.00/hr

    • Assessment Interpretation/Report Writing: $100.00/hr

    • Review of Results Session: $70.00

Administrative & Supplemental Services

• Emotional Support Animal Letters: $85

• Letter Writing Current Clients: $45

• Letter Writing Former Clients:   $65

• Medication Automation (2 medications): $25
