Miller Williams is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) who supports children ages 4 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing all kinds of mental and emotional health challenges.
Drawing from an integrative therapeutic approach, Miller specializes in mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (MCBT), play therapy, and somatic practices. He believes therapy is most effective when it’s also fun and engaging. His compassionate, non-judgmental style creates a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences and cultivate deeper self-awareness to make long-term transformations. Having navigated his own journey through years of life-enhancing therapy, he is committed to guiding others towards purposeful lives, emotional well-being, and strong relationships.
Miller has extensive experience working in school and camp settings with boys and girls, children and adolescents ages 4-19. Additionally, he brings over a decade of experience facilitating men's work with individuals and groups. His diverse clientele has ranged in age from 4 to 91 years old.
Beyond his clinical practice, Miller is a certified massage therapist, personal trainer, enthusiastic Acro Yoga instructor, avid surfer, experienced mixed martial artist, and proud dog dad, embodying a holistic and vibrant approach to mental health and wellness.
